Users can view current issues, access detailed metrics, and navigate directly to specific CloudWatch alarm screens featuring graphical data and customizable configurations. The app also allows users to monitor service statuses, examine detailed resource information, and perform select management actions.

To utilize the Console Mobile Application, an existing AWS account is required. The login process supports biometric authentication on compatible devices, allowing for quick and secure access. During initial setup, the app allows users to remain signed in across multiple identities for convenience.

Supported AWS services include Amazon API Gateway, AWS Billing and Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CloudShell, AWS CloudTrail, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon EC2, Amazon ECS, Elastic Load Balancing, AWS Identity and Access Management, AWS Lambda, AWS OpsWorks, AWS Personal Health Dashboard, Amazon RDS, Amazon Route 53, Amazon SQS, Amazon S3, and Amazon VPC. Additionally, the application supports 16 other services—including AWS Systems Manager, AWS Developer Tools, and Amazon EKS—accessible via an integrated mobile web browser experience.
